They can utilize our tenant portal to pay electronically; set up automatic recurring payments; pay by credit card; and even take cash in to an approved location where that payment is deposited directly to our Trust Account.

Whether it be Vacancy, Rent Rates, Gross Potential Rent, NOI, Net Income, CAP Rates, or Cash on Cash, we examine the factors that make your investment succesful. Our owner portal gives you 24/7 access to the data as well; keeping you in the loop anytime, anywhere.
