The easiest way to apply is to visit our "Available" page and click on the button "Apply Now" for the unit for which you're interested. Multiple applicants can group their submissions for a specific unit, upload the required documentation, and pay the application fee - all from that link. Please make sure to review the criteria related to the jurisdiction for which you're applying.

See our Rental Criteria below. There are specific criteria for Washington, Oregon, and the City of Portland. Each applicant is objectively reviewed in accordance with the elements of the criteria. Please know we cannot make any exceptions to our criteria. Federal Fair Housing Law requires equal application of all criteria, terms, rules, and regulations. However, if you have negative results for certain aspects of the criteria, there may be options to use a co-signer or to pay a larger deposit in order to be approved. Conversely, certain categories of adverse findings cannot be overcome and lead to automatic disqualifications (e.g., specific categories of criminal offenses, regardless of the time period).

If you’ve been approved for a specific apartment; signed the Agreement to Execute, and paid the required Security Deposit; we can hold that apartment for you up to 10 business days from the day the unit is Rent Ready.

By law, housing providers must accept Housing Choice Vouchers ((https://www.hud.gov/helping-americans/housing-choice-vouchers-tenants)also known as Section 8 vouchers; per Section 8 of the Housing Act of 1937, USC Code Sec. 1437f). Housing providers may still screen applicants according to their criteria. However, the income requirement of the criteria will only apply to the tenant's portion of the rent. For example, if the rent for the apartment is $1200 and the applicant was approved for a $1000 voucher, the tenant's portion of the monthly rent would be $200, and therefore the income requirement would be $600 (3x their portion of the rent). The applicant must provide proof of their voucher from the local Housing Authority when applying.

Congratulations! We are very happy to have you as a resident in our community. The most important first step is to pay your security deposit. With approval, you'll receive a link to login to your tenant portal. From there you can pay your security deposit, sign up or renter's insurance (or upload your declarations page from a policy with your carrier). You will also receive a welcome letter with a link to setup your electric utility account (and natural gas for some properties) and other pertinent information specific to you apartment community. You can also use that same link in the welcome email to shop for cable and/or internet (or transfer your current services if available). Your lease will be sent to you electronically from our document provider, Tenant Tech. make sure to familiarize yourself with the lease and addenda. Before you can move in, the required utility accounts must be set up in your name; the lease must be signed by all financially responsible parties; and your liability to landlord insurance policy must be verified.
